We provide preliminary Project Budget, surveys, zoning information, minor variance application, Committee of Adjustment representation, planning applications, building code review, site design, architectural and interior design, structural design, HVAC design, building permit applications, construction cost estimating, and all of the actual construction and landscaping needs for your project.

Our budget sheet is a living document that serves both parties throughout the entire project. Initially, it is used as a budget template to guide us in the initial design phase, providing cost feedback as we design so there are no surprises later.

The budget sheet also serves contemplate various options so you may compare and make intelligent decisions before the build begins, to finalize our scopes of work. During the build, the budget sheet serves to track payments, client purchases (vanities, tile, etc.) and any additions or deletions to the scope of work that you have authorized. In its final stage, it also tracks any items outstanding that we need to complete in order to close out our contract.
