Kevin Halchuk (KH Designs Inc.) is a designer based in Kelowna, British Columbia. He has over 20 years of experience in USA and Canada supplying permit drawings for Single Family and Duplex Buildings. KH Designs Inc. is specialized in 3D, Permit Drawings and Sustainable Designs.

KH Designs has been serving in California and British Columbia for over 19 years. With AutoCAD and Revit, Kevin can provide designs with the added feature of 3D renderings.

Kevin worked with some of the most recognized Architects in Vancouver and San Diego, USA. Although, he designed projects for the West Coast of Canada and the United States, Kevin welcome anyone to contact him from anywhere in the world as the transfer of design drawings is boundless with the internet.

Kevin knows that many people have a difficult time understanding 2 dimensional drawings, so he took the training at BCIT on 3D rendering. “Revit allows me to add another layer to simplify the design process to not only educate the Client but also the Contractor on what the final design needs to look like”- Kevin.

KH Designs Inc. is also the Distributor for British Columbia for Cornerstone Building System. Cornerstone building system is a combination of different building materials. The major part of the materials is EPS with 90%. EPS stands for Expanded Polystyrene, which is a proven versatile, inert material. It does not rot or break down. EPS has excellent insulation properties. There is so much research available now to support polystyrene as a superior product.
